25 Years ago, the first professional bodyboarders invaded Cabo San Lucas in search of barrels, babes and booze. And yes, they found it all at the warm sand beaches of Cabo. Cameron Steele, Lynn Lauman and Pat Caldwell will join you, Eric Apple, Manny Vargas and Paul Roach in Cabo in '09! Now, you don't have an excuse! Each year, the planes load up anywhere between 60 to 120 partiers, bodyboarders, skimboarders and surfers and head south of the border. Cabo San Lucas will be home for six days of madness. Waves, partying and good times! CLICK HERE to get a quick sample of what to expect! RIDE.PARTY.REPEAT.

That's right! Cabo Freak Fest will be running in conjuction with the first annual Cabo Bikini Model Shoot. Those of you coming with us this year will be partying with models that will be chosen by our bikini model department. One of the main criteria for the models is that they must come to all, not some but ALL, Cabo Freak Fest parties. Can't party with the Freaks, can't come to Cabo... simple as that. So take a look, you may be partying with these ladies come August!

Flight Info Reminder... you will be responsible for your own airfare. Don't worry, it's not that hard. The East Coasters have been doing it since the CFF ressurrection in 2003. We want to make this painless for you. So let us help you find the lowest price out there. We're here for you. We suggest that you book your flight as early as possible to ensure a good price. Below are some suggestions on how to find the lowest price out there. You will have to email us your flight details as soon as you get them. We will then arrange a shuttle to and from the airport. Okay, here are some suggestions for flights.
Things to consider from each airline: -Is there a board bag fee? -Luggage policies? -Online booking fees? (Sometimes it's cheaper to call the airline direct.)
Flight Suggestions: 1. Travel Agent-It doesn't hurt to ask your local travel agent to book your flight. They might have deals that aren't offered online.
2. Volaris - Volaris a company that most San Diegans may consider. They have a shuttle that will pick you up from the San Diego train station and take you to Tijuana airport. The shuttle costs $30 roundtrip. Because Volaris flies out of Tijuana, you may find that their prices are significantly cheaper! Volaris will have their fares up for our dates by the first week of April. The prices will range from $260 to $360 roundtrip. Another fee to consider if the Tourist Card fee. As of today, the price is att $24. So when you get your flight, consider the $24 and $30 roundtrip shuttle for the total price. Believe it or not, it still may be cheaper than flying from the US. But please search the net! Also, please note their fares on the site will show up in Mexican Pesos! http://www.volaris.com.mx/
3. Kayak.com - This is a great place to start. It is a search engine for flights. Airfares will show up with corresonding airlines. Please keep in mind that some posted airfares do not include taxes/fees. http://www.kayak.com
4. Other airlines - You can use Kayak.com to reference to other airlines out there that fly to Cabo. Try going straight to those company websites and get a price from there. They often have web specials.
Cabo Freak Fest is a bodyboarding trip. But we invite all wave riders! Skim boarders love this place. Surfers will have to drive down the road a bit to get to the better surfing waves, but it's all here! The crew from Florida always represent. Plus, at Cabo Freak Fest we always have the entertainment on lock down. Bands and DJ's will be partying, riding and rockin' with you the whole week! Longway, Barikuda and DJ Galvin have represented properly. Each year we confirm Kuda 100%. And for those of you that know him, we'll def get the party started!
*Roommate List Updated Every Other Day. Don't delay. Crowds? Yeah, we could be rollin' 50 to 120 deep but if you want to get waves, you have to earn them. How? Just wake up early and get on it while everyone else is nursing their hangovers. Crowds? They are only there when you want 'em.
All Shorebreak? NO! Cabo has some much more to offer than Lover's perfect shorebreak. We'll make sure that we get you some lined up rideable waves. Come see for yourself.
New Cabo Freak Fest videos coming soon. For now, here's a couple vids of years past.
PAT CALDWELL is the Shorebreak King! Come join him along with Cameron Steele and Paul Roach as they tackle the beast that we've all grown to love... LOVER'S BEACH! Here's Pat taking on Waimea Shorebreak.
